Yes. Every payment is recorded against a specific method — KBZPay, WavePay, bank transfer, card, cash on delivery, or cash — so your unpaid/paid totals are always accurate per method, not just a single lump number.
What happens if I record a refund by mistake?
You can void it. Voiding restores the order's refundable balance so it can be corrected, while keeping the original entry visible in the order's history, marked as voided, along with who voided it and why.
Can I attach a payment screenshot as proof?
Yes, a payment record can include an uploaded screenshot alongside the method and reference number, so the proof of a KBZPay or WavePay transfer stays attached to that exact order.
